【宝马副牌酒怎么样】期酒天天报｜Jancis Robinson品饮笔记：玛歌村

这是11篇饮料笔记中的第一篇。

我在波尔多品鉴了将近600款期酒（部分重复2次，极少数的重复3次），再加上Richard在伦敦的44款和Julia的部分酒评。我们先从2015年获得巨大成功的玛歌村开始，其余的品饮笔记也将陆续发布。

在之前的报道中我们已经提及当地炎热和干燥的夏季，凉爽的8、9月，以及降水情况。”差异性”一词老被提及，我很赞同用多变来形容波尔多年份，2015年份和2005,2009在我看来是类似的。

六月很完美的开花期促使形成小且皮厚的果实，在夏末少量雨水的滋润下慢慢生长。值得指出的是，在这个不平凡的年份中，凉爽的夜晚保证了葡萄的健康，所以酒庄能很自由的选择采收时间，唯一需要注意的是霜冻。

9月的梅多克是波尔多地区最潮湿的地区。但位于梅多克南边的玛歌村9月很干燥，仅有30mm的降水量。宝马宣称2015年份很有可能是最优秀的年份，能与2010,2009,2005等伟大年份媲美。

宝马酒庄肯定了2015的非凡，但我不会将其和最近的三个非凡年份归为一类。宝马酒庄的Thomas Duroux也说到2015年的酸度较之2009和2010偏低。宝马正副牌酒的PH值分别为3.85和3.78.即使是在成熟度完美的2009年份也比这高，意味着2009拥有很好的新鲜度。在波尔多提高酸度的通常做法是增加浸渍。单宁达到了足够的成熟度后我们能得到相当多的量。酚类接近80，在宝马中算高的，但却感觉不到。2015不仅拥有2009同样的魅力，还更加的复杂和准确。2010则具有更多的酸度，现代版的1928.

总体来说，2015内有像2010和2005一样的集中度和骨架，或多或少的没有达到2009年的成熟度。但它却不乏魅力，给人带来愉悦。我已经不记得玛歌村何时还表现的如此优秀，尤其是与21世纪的某些追求产量而不是优雅和香气。我们一共发布了38款葡萄酒的品饮笔记。

玛歌庄从来坚持自己的风格。作为一级庄，一直追求用老藤赤霞珠酿造顶级酒款，这点和宝马酿造重酒体梅洛不一样。2000个到玛歌庄的访客享受到了贴心的安排。

Paul的两个儿子都亲临了由商务总监Aurélien Valance主持的品鉴。

玛歌庄，也许比其它酒庄更加忙碌的准备酒款。正牌酒仅占到2015总产量的35%，虽然2015的产量达到自2007年以来的最高。副牌酒Pavillon Rouge进展到产量的23%，风格与前些年有所变化，加入了更多的赤霞珠（74%）。让我想到了二十世纪八十年代的玛歌酒。虽然没有1983的水准。其余有43%的酒为三牌。这是Paul Pontallier留下的遗产。

酒庄决定在2015年份的包装上纪念Paul, 同时也是酒庄建成的200周年。

Ch Margaux 2015 Margaux 玛歌

87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. 13.5% – record alcohol for the grand vin. Great breadth and savour on the nose. Lovely freshness and sophistication. Lots of fine tannins. Very aérien. Really flies! Perfect Margaux. A great welcome for the new chai and memorial for Paul Pontallier. Still tight but nothing out of balance. Very Margaux. Very classic claret. Quite brave because there is nothing showy about this wine, but it could truly be described as beautiful.

87%赤霞珠，8%梅洛，3%品丽珠和2%小维度的混酿。13.5%。

香气上广而鲜。可爱的新鲜感和复杂度。有很多的优质单宁。完美的玛歌。对chai是很好的欢迎，也是对Paul的纪念。很紧实很平衡。非常典型的玛歌。非常经典的紫红色。用漂亮来形容是完全可以的。

Ch Margaux, Pavillon Rouge 2015 Margaux玛歌副牌

74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot. Big change in the blend – far more Cabernet than there used to be. Very beautifully integrated on the nose. Still quite structured on the palate. Quite ambitious. This really is the sort of wine that would have been Ch Margaux in the 1980s. Excellent freshness and length. Not at all like a second wine. Great lift towards the end.

74%赤霞珠，21%梅洛，1%品丽珠和4%小维铎的混酿。比以往都添加了更大比例的赤霞珠。

鼻香很好。口感上很有结构感。相当有野心。类似于20世纪80年代的玛歌。非凡的新鲜感和持续时间。不只是副牌的水准。很有活力。

Ch Palmer 2015 Margaux宝马

44% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot. Picked 22 September to 7 October. A really massive step above Alter Ego on the nose. Really fresh and polished. Lovely bramble fruit. Not that dense but really complete and beautifully balanced. Silky tannins. Real drive and lift towards the end. Very Margaux.

44%梅洛、50%赤霞珠和6%小维铎的混酿。采收期9.22-10.7.

香气上比副牌酒上一等级。非常新鲜和优雅。可爱的黑莓的果味。没有那么稠密单很完整和平衡。丝绸般的单宁。很有活力，持续时间长。非常玛歌风。

Ch Palmer, Alter Ego de Palmer 2015 Margaux宝马副牌

52% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, picked 22 September to 7 October. Very rich on the nose. Very sweet and with sufficient freshness. Very very round. Just on the right side of soupy – but you really have to drink this pretty young, I think.

52%梅洛、42%赤霞珠和6%小维铎的混酿。采收期9.22-10.7.

香气很丰富。入口甜，很好的新鲜度。很圆润。适合年轻时饮用。

Ch Rauzan-Ségla 2015 Margaux鲁臣世家

Very dark. This is turbo Margaux! By which I don’t mean that it's forced but it has extraordinary concentration and impact. Very much set for the long term. Juicy and chock full of fruit that almost disguises the tannin. Amazing persistence.

颜色很深。典型玛歌。集中度非常好，很有影响力。持续时间长。果味丰富几乎要掩盖掉单宁。令人惊叹的持续性。

Ch Rauzan-Ségla, Ségla 2015 Margaux鲁臣世家副牌

Dark and a little severe. Dense and plush in terms of tannin. Just not that seductively sweet in terms of flavour.

Ch d'Issan 2015 Margaux迪仙

Only medium crimson. Only medium intensity of aroma but lots of vivacity underneath. Very 'new-fashioned', as the Joanne brothers put it. Racy and full of real charm and energy. Lots behind this. This builds towards the end in a way that good burgundy does. Chapeau!

中等红色。中等浓郁的香气，但很活跃。非常时尚。活泼，有魅力，有力量。体格在尾味上和优质勃艮第相似。

Ch d'Issan, Blason d'Issan 2015 Margaux迪仙副牌

Very lively and polished. Satin tannins. Just a little lack of concentration and follow-through. Rather inky finish.

Ch Kirwan 2015 Margaux麒麟

Very dark crimson. Haunting aroma – very smooth yet concentrated. Very impressive! Much more freshness than of old. The Boissenot touch?

Ch Giscours 2015 Margaux美人鱼

Dark crimson. Relatively light nose. Very luscious sweet fruit on the palate – a very winning wine with a medium charge of tannin. Just a little inky on the finish. But good and appetising.

深黑宝石红色。相对淡雅的香气。口感上甘甜，优质单宁。余味有黑墨水的感觉。很好，开胃。

适饮年份：2023-2035

Ch Desmirail 2015 Margaux狄士美

Very dark crimson. Slight edge of Marmite/yeast extract. Then very sweet, gentle and Margauxish on the palate. Firm and impressive.

Ch Lascombes 2015 Margaux力士金

Dark purple. A little bit of wood shavings on the nose of this, as in the second wine. Very sweet palate entry without quite the energy of some of the most successful Margaux but it is certainly dramatic. Some will love its full-on impact. Tastes a bit alcoholic.

紫黑色。鼻香上有木屑的气息。入口甜，口感上虽没有某些玛歌顶级酒款强劲还是很具有吸引力的。有些人就爱强大的冲击感。

Ch Lascombes, Chevalier de Lascombes 2015 Margaux力士金副牌

Very dark. Not much nose except for a little wood shaving! Unusually sweet start (lots of Merlot?). Then a little drying on the end. Not the most complete and balanced 2015. Though there is some drama.

颜色深黑。香气淡雅带木头的味道。入口微甜、余味微干。没有一般2015的平衡。具有一定的戏剧性。

Ch Angludet 2015 Margaux 安格鲁邸

Very dark. Interesting peppery nose with real attack and vigour. Luscious fruit. Perhaps not the absolute concentration of a great long-term wine but should give lots of pleasure early.

Ch Brane-Cantenac 2015 Margaux班卡塔纳

Exceptionally deep crimson. Meat and wild flowers on the nose – very interesting. Definitely out of the ordinary. Left-field wine that should not disappoint. Racy and lifted. Really very elegant. Chapeau!

深红色。鼻香以肉味和野花的香气为主，很有趣。非同一般。没有让人失望。活跃。优雅。

Ch Malescot St-Exupéry 2015 Margaux马利哥

Particularly glowing crimson. Light nose with some wildness about it. A hint of something animal! Distinctive wine that is a bit more daring than the average Margaux. Not the most tannic but very nicely balanced.

尤其艳丽的宝石红色。香气淡雅，带野味。散发着一丝丝动物的气息。品质高于一般的玛歌。单宁量不是太多单但非常平衡。

Ch Cantenac Brown 2015 Margaux肯德布朗

Bright crimson. Very competent representative of the vintage with marked ripeness on the nose but then rather chunky and bitter on the finish – like Oxford marmalade. Not much lift. A tad stodgy.

明亮的宝石红色。很充分的展示了年份特征，从鼻香就能感觉到其绝佳的成熟度。单余味上有点粗和苦，有点像牛津橘子酱。略显平淡。

Ch Dauzac 2015 Margaux 杜扎克

Dense and for the moment less expressive than many a Margaux. Sweet start but without absolute density on the mid palate. Competent rather than exciting.

有那么一瞬间的没有优质玛歌那么的浓厚。入口甜，口感上不够馥郁。也还是可以的。
