第三届“EAST-科学技术艺术教育国际研讨会”将于2019年11月15日至16日在中央美术学院举行。会议将邀请国际知名艺术大学和科技艺术相关专业机构的创始人和专家学者发表专题演讲。

会议将进一步梳理全球科技艺术最新研究成果和最新创作成果,交流和总结全球科技艺术教育的相关经验和方法。就如何打造中国科技艺术教学体系,科技与艺术融合等议题展开讨论。与会者将包括来自奥地利林茨电子艺术节、洛杉矶郡立艺术博物馆艺术与科技实验室、维也纳应用艺术大学、中国科学院大学建筑与研究设计中心、北京电影学院等机构的著名专家学者及艺术家。

研讨会将包括:重观机构、重思教育、重访数字性和重构科学四个板块。

马丁·霍齐克

马丁·霍齐克 是一位艺术家,也是奥地利林茨电子艺术节、电子艺术大奖及展览部门总监。他曾在林茨艺术大学学习视觉实验设计(2001 年毕业),并在林茨大学和萨尔茨堡 ICCM 大学获得文化与媒体管理硕士学位(2003 年毕业)。除了担任多个艺术项目的独立艺术家外,他还是未来实验室团队成员。直到 2005 年,他的职责包括展览设计、 建筑艺术、界面设计、活动设计和项目管理。2006 年,他担任林茨电子艺术节和林茨电子艺术大奖的总监,并负责电子艺术中心的展览以及国际展览项目。

Martin Honzikis an artist and director of Ars Electronica’s Festival, Prix and Exhibitions divisions. He studied visual experimental design at Linz Art University (graduated in 2001) and completed the master’s program in culture & media management at the University of Linz and ICCM Salzburg (graduated in 2003). Besides being independent Artist in several art projects, he joined the staff of the Ars Electronica Future Lab, where, until 2005, his responsibilities included exhibition design, art in architecture, interface design, event design and project management. Since 2006, Martin Honzik has been director of the Ars Electronica Festival and the Prix Ars Electronica and in charge of the exhibitions in the Ars Electronica Center as well as Ars Electronica’s international exhibition projects.

Angelique SpaninksCombining journalism, criticism and curating Angelique Spaninks has developed a generalist, interdisciplinary and hybrid practice bridging art, design, creative technology and popculture. She finished her education at Fontys Journalism College in Tilburg and Art & Cultural Studies at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. After ten years of writing, she jumped the border adding practice and curation to reflection.

Since 2005 she runs MU art space, one of the leading contemporary art institutes in the Netherlands with an outspoken multidisciplinary program as both director and curator. Between 2012 and 2018 she combined her position at MU with being director and curator of STRP Biënnial which has its focus on creative technology. At the moment she is chairman of the Talentdevelopment commission of the Dutch Creative Industries Fund, an adviser for the Amsterdam Art Fund (AFK) on visual arts and digital culture and an adviser for the Lectorate of St Joost/Avans Art Academy and the Future Lab that is being develop in the city of Eindhoven. Over the years she has been part of many cultural boards, thinktanks and commissions to help further develop cultural practice and policy in the Netherlands and abroad.

Ingeborg Reichleis the Chair of the Department of Media Theory and serving as Founding Chair of the Department Cross- Disciplinary Strategies in 2017 and 2018, designing an integrated curriculum for the new BA study program Cross-Disciplinary Strategies: Applied Studies in Art, Science, Philosophy, and Global Challenges at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. She studied in London and Hamburg and gained her PhD in art history in 2004 from the Humboldt University in Berlin, where she also gained her habilitation in 2013. Before joining the faculty of the Department of Media Theory as full professor in 2016, she was FONTE professor at the Humboldt University in Berlin. In Vienna she serves as co- host for Leonardo’s LASER Talks, an international program of gatherings that bring artists and scientists together for informal conversations. Her main area of research and teaching is the encounter of the arts with cutting edge technologies such as biotechnology and synthetic biology, taking into account artistic responses as well as the respective discourses in the sciences and our societies in order to develop a critical understanding of the role of the arts in the twenty-first century.

玛尔塔·德·梅内泽斯

Marta de Menezesis a Portuguese artist (b. Lisbon, 1975) with a degree in Fine Arts by the University in Lisbon, a MSt in History of Art and Visual Culture by the University of Oxford, and a PhD candidate at the University of Leiden.She has been exploring the intersection between Art and Biology, working in research laboratories demonstrating that new biological technologies can be used as new art medium.

In 1999 de Menezes created her first biological artwork (Nature) by modifying the wing patterns of live butterflies. Since then, she has used diverse biological techniques including functional MRI of the brain to create portraits where the mind can be visualised (Functional Portraits, 2002); fluorescent DNA probes to create micro-sculptures in human cell nuclei (nucleArt, 2002); sculptures made of proteins (Proteic Portrait, 2002-2007), DNA (Innercloud, 2003; The Family, 2004) or incorporating live neurons (Tree of Knowledge, 2005) or bacteria (Decon, 2007). Her work has been presented internationally in exhibitions, articles and lectures.、

She is currently the artistic director of Ectopia, an experimental art laboratory in Lisbon, and Director of Cultivamos Cultura in the South of Portugal.

崔彤

崔彤 1962 年出生,清华大学建筑系毕业获建筑学硕士,全国工程勘察设计大师, 国家优秀设计金奖获得者,全球华人青年建筑师奖获得者,享受国务院专家政府津贴。现任中科院建筑设计研究院副院长、总建筑师、研究员;中国科学院大学李政道科学与艺术 中心副主任;中国科学院大学建筑研究与设计中心主任、教授、博士生导师;中国建筑学 会建筑师分会理事;外交部驻外机构工程建议咨询专家;中国美术家协会建筑艺术委员会委员;清华大学建筑学院设计导师,以及首都规划建设委员会专家咨询组专家、北京大学 建筑学研究中心科技建筑研究所主任。

CUI TongBorn in 1962, Cui completed his PhD in the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University. As a national master in the field of engineering survey and design, he obtained the gold medal for National Excellent Design, the Global Chinese Young Architect Award, and has received special allowance from the State Council. He is currently the Deputy Director, Chief Architect and Researcher of the Architectural Design and Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; the Deputy Director of the Li Zhengdao Science and Art Center, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences; the Director, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Center for Architectural Research and Design, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

奥瑞利·贝森

Aurélie Bessonis currently the director and artistic co-director of Molior, an international media art exhibitions producer, based in Montreal, Canada and produces large-scale exhibitions with partners from different countries such as China, Brazil, Peru,France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Switzerland. She curated several projects in the field of art, technologies and Sciencess Based in Prague between 2007 and 2010, she previously led collaborative European projects and events in the field of art and technology. She is a Phd candidate at Université du Québec à Montréal. Her thesis project, codirected by L. Poissant and V. She organized ten conferences with Montreal universities. She coordinated the production of the book Lumières de la ville (PUQ) directed by L. Poissant. She published several articles on digital Arts in books and magazines. She holds a Master's degree in Communications (Université Lyon; Universiteit Utrecht) and a Master's degree in cultural dev Elopment and project management (Université Lyon).

Hannah Redler Hawes is a contemporary art curator, specialising in projects which combine art, science, technology and collaborative practice. Alongside her independent practice, she works part time at the Open Data Institute (ODI) in London directing the Data as Culture art programme which was founded in 2012 by artist Julie Freeman. Through the ODI and her independent work, Hannah curates projects for museums, galleries, digital space, corporate contexts and the public realm. Her work has addressed data and open data, networked culture, new media, energy, climate science, addiction, cybersecurity and new forms of programming beyond the gallery. Her 2019 – 21 research and partnership theme for the ODI is Copy That? Surplus Data in the Age of Repetitive Duplication. Other pipeline projects include an interdisciplinary exhibition about the origins of the Universe and an exhibition resulting in a 14-year transdisciplinary exploration of the emotional and physiological impacts of organ transplantation.

SUN Lijuncompleted his studies in animation in Beijing Film Academy. He has received the special allowance from the State Council, and is currently the Vice President of Beijing Film Academy; the Dean of China Animation Academy of Beijing Film Academy; the Standing Member of Beijing Association of Higher Education; the Deputy Director of the Steering Committee for Professional Teaching of Film and Television. He is also the Chairman of the Comics Branch of the China Association of Oriental Culture Studies; the Vice President of the China Animation Society; the Director of the China Film Association and the Chairman of the Animation Film Committee.

Prof.Ken Arnoldis creative director and head of public programmes at the Wellcome Collection, the science-based cultural centre in London. His B.A. was in Natural Sciences (Cambridge) and his Ph.D. (Princeton) explored the early history of museums as ‘cabinets for the curious’, which he turned into a book in 2005. Prof. Ken Arnold currently balances two roles. He spends half his time as a professor at Copenhagen University, directing Medical Museion; and the other half as Creative Director at Wellcome in London, where he works on international cultural initiatives (most recently Contagious Cities).

Andrea Bandelliis the executive director of Science Gallery International, the world’s only university network dedicated to public engagement with science and art, where he manages the relationships with all network members and external stakeholders. A keen listener and an experienced speaker, he is responsible for developing and implementing the network culture of Science Gallery worldwide. A world citizen by trade, his academic background includes a MA in Economics, a master in Science Communication and a PhD in Social Sciences, with a specialisation in scientific citizenship. He is a member of the Expert Network of the World Economic Forum and has been a Cultural Leader in Davos in 2017 and 2018, and in Dalian in 2017 and 2019. He is a member of the board of the Deutsches Museum in Munich and the Scientific Advisory Board of the Novo Nordisk Foundation Centre for Basic Metabolic Research at the University of Copenhagen.

Daria Parkhomenkois a curator specializing in interdisciplinary art and science interactions, the founding director and curator of LABORATORIA Art&Science Foundation. Her scientific interests, as reflected in her curatorial projects, include quantum physics, AI, neuroscience, alternative energy,climate change and biotechnologies.

Parkhomenko graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in sociology and received her MA in art and cultural management at Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences.
